Maternity / Paternity Cover – Digital Designer (Fixed Term)

Contract: Fixed-term: Mid-February to May 2026
Hours: 20/week (flexible)
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join us on a maternity/paternity cover contract. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident working independently, comfortable jumping into existing projects, and enjoys collaborating with a small, fast-moving team.

You’ll be supporting ongoing brand and digital work across websites, marketing assets, and internal design needs. This is a hands-on role, with a strong focus on execution and consistency.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing digital assets across web, brand, and marketing projects
• Working primarily in Figma, contributing to and maintaining design systems
• Collaborating closely with the core team to deliver work efficiently and to a high standard
• Supporting website updates and builds (Webflow knowledge is a bonus)
• Managing your own time and tasks across multiple projects

Requirements

• Strong fluency in Figma
• Solid digital design experience (web, UI, marketing assets)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setup

Nice-to-haves

• Webflow knowledge or experience
• Experience working with or within a design system
• Creative agency or studio background
