From Edinburgh follow signs to Perth where you will then pick up signs for Braemar, heading via Blairgowrie and the wonderful Glenshee. Journey time: approx. 2 hours, 15 minutes.

From Inverness follow the A9 southbound to Tomintoul via Grantown-on-Spey, where you will find signs to Braemar. Journey time: approx. 1 hour 50 minutes.
