Maternity / Paternity Cover – Webflow Designer (Fixed Term)

Contract: Fixed-term: Mid-February to May 2026
Hours: 20/week (flexible)
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

We’re also looking for a Webflow-fluent Designer to support ongoing and upcoming website projects. This role is perfect for someone who loves building clean, thoughtful websites and cares about both design and implementation.

You’ll work closely with us from design handoff through to build, helping bring strategy-led concepts to life in Webflow.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and building websites in Webflow
• Translating Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow builds
• Maintaining and extending existing Webflow sites
• Collaborating on UX, structure, and interactions
• Ensuring performance, consistency, and polish across devices

Requirements

• Strong Webflow experience (CMS, components, responsive layouts)
• Confident working from Figma files
• Solid understanding of web design best practices
• Comfortable managing your own workload and timelines
• Clear communicator in a remote environment

Nice-to-haves

• Light interaction/animation experience
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience working with creative agencies or small studios
